      Open bar pantry with free beers.

      Cons

      Be mindful of your colleagues and boss as they would not think twice about backstabbing you. You might be hired this month and fired the next (poor ex-colleague of mine) just because they need to cut costs. Best to ensure promises written down as management so often goes back on their word.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
