      Pros

      Its good for your resume, you do learn processes that can transfer once you switch jobs in financial field

      Cons

      Poor and toxic upper management. Enables toxic work place and pushes toxic employees up the chain. Nepotism!!!! Don't work the retail side of the firm and especially be careful with anything you say to anyone because it will eventually some way be twisted against you.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
