      Pros

      Sometimes they buy bagels for the office, if you're a financial professional that has burned all your bridges and you are at the end of the line, this place is a known to be somewhat of a "halfway home"

      Cons

      Management is hilariously, sometimes dangerously incompetent, pay is severely under market rate, firm is not taken seriously on the street

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
