      Good company culture, value individual contributions, mature people and no nonsense, understand and value personal/family life. Support in personal crisis situations. Value growth mindset.

      Some higher management people play politics and disturb the workflow for others.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
