      glass silent on the positions, lack of communications, bulk of work very different among employees, salaries as well very different among people according to their responsibilities, boss rarely delegate

      Great benefits, company with long term growth potential, lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Small office in the US, so promotions and job rotation opportunities are not as frequent. Not a process oriented environment, which can be frustrating for some people.
