Pros
Unfortunatly a very toxic place to work
Cons
*no management whatsoever *no comunication *overtime expected *if you are sick you are treated like a criminal *cubicle farms, while the managers have extensive offices (even if they are not there) the employees sit in realy tiny cubicles *decisions are made without thinking about consequences, people are treated like some souless figueres in a game *the work is plain and boring and there is no real overall worksystem and if there was one they destroy it by ignoring all rules, they dont use a management project management tool or have clear processes! *work on mistake bases: do something wait, for a mistake and then consult the whole office while noone knowing what to do, in the end Brazil is responisble and the decision maker, and they live in Brazil, thus in another timezone which stalls the work *loud office *they have an approval system, if you do a task you would need to wait for x people to approve, in order to proceed. This is only there to show their power, because they dont even check what is written in the task waiting to be approved, they just approve, thus it is from a work point of view useless, but the employees still have to wait, write, instigate their bosses and so on in order that they approve, cause - in the end the employee is responisble if the manager does not approve!!! *thus you have no power to make decision but are responisble for their outcome. *they speak three language or more at work, while Portuguese is the dominant one, a lot of times the words and things are in Portuguese while a lot of people cannot speak it. They also speak in Portugese in the office which makes a person not familiar with the language feel isolated. *they judge people with a grade system like in school, but the emplyoees are not alowed to judge the manager in return, this system is in place to control people , even though they say it is for improvemnet, but if you get the highest score you dont get a higher salary or better position. *very hierachical
