      good exposure to developers only.

      Cons

      No training programs at all so there is no learning. you have to learn everything by your own. Now a days politics is also a problem. HR policies are not good and not transparent. They set KRAs but they are useless, they never stick with KRAs.

      Remote/work from home, work with advisors, you have operational support most of the time

      Independent contractor, your only purpose is to hit sales targets, tech glitches constantly, division among countries
