Pros
In 2019, I have joined TBO as a fresher in the role of SQA and then subsequently moved into BA. The transition is quite seamless. Everyone is so helpful and down to earth. The pros sums up as-: 1) Flexible Working hours 2) No micro management 3) Seniors are quite helpful 4) Upper management can be easily approachable for any concerns. 5) Transportation and Lunch Facilities
