Worst Place to work - Senior Software Developer TBO.com Employee Review

The office politics at it's worst, I have seen my manager forced a senior employee resign just because he was not a suckup. Legacy code is very badly written, As they never hire experience people, all code is written by freshers only. Doesn't matter how good work you do, you are never going to be appreciated if you not your manager's favourite. How does glassdoor has positive feedback, I have talk to a lot of employees but never one had told good thing about this organisation
