Pros
I’ve been working here for over a year, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company truly values its employees, offering a supportive work environment and plenty of opportunities for growth. Management is approachable and encourages open communication, which makes it easy to share ideas or address concerns. The pay is competitive (I’m at 20 LPA, which is solid for my role), and the benefits package is impressive—healthcare, flexible hours, and even some unique perks like team outings. The culture here is collaborative, and I love how the team rallies together to meet goals without unnecessary pressure. It’s refreshing to work for a company that balances productivity with employee well-being.
Cons
No place is perfect—sometimes the workload can spike during peak seasons, but it’s manageable with the support we get. Maybe a bit more clarity on long-term career paths could help, but it’s a minor thing given how much I enjoy it here.
