Leader of 5 direct employees -Technician in Electronics and Service Manager, performing corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration in electronic measuring instruments and sales of services; -SEBRAE Consultant for Small Entrepreneurs, Official Speaker for Network Marketing and Direct Sales

Unfortunately the salary is not good and we have many opportunities to improviment the sales systems for management but is not possible, people are old mind.
