Pros

The pay and benefits are good

Cons

They have a high turnover rate. They hire and fire. When I was in training, and we got on the floor for hands on training, it got to the point there were no seats to take calls. They come up with stupid reasons to want to fire you, when they are the ones that hired so many people. I know people need jobs and not trying to block anyone from getting hired but it is worse for them to hire you and realize they are trying to fire you because they hired to many people. This is really stressful everyday you are hoping that you still have a job. If you don'y offer the MyAt&t app or offer to walk them through it then the write you up with a verbal warning, written warning if it happens a second time, and a final if you don't offer it a 3rd time. After that you are gone, which is stupid because in some situations it is not appropriate to offer the App. If you get hired there do not get a car, a house, or an apartment, or anything that requires monthly recurring charges and reports to credit companies because it is not really secure.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
