      None. Horrible experience throughout. No training, you're just thrown right in and left to drown.

      Cons

      Short staffed. Area coach Refused to hire any help. Not worth the pay. Shift leads are under paid for doing MANAGER work.

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
