      Pros

      Good management makes all the difference. Good customer service and hard work is awarded. Fast paced if you are into that kind of thing.

      Cons

      I personally was not into the fast paced environment, and upper level management gives you the bare minimum for what you do. It's good for a student, but really doesn't pay well enough until you get to senior level management.

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
