Pros
Great tech, an extremely intelligent product team led by a bright CPO who understands people management well. Engineering turns around product faster than i have seen in a while in a start-up.
Cons
Growing pains post acquisition. There seems to be a bit of a struggle from overall strategic vision to actual development but expected. Tapad is has an excellent work culture. People are efficient and things happen. If you are looking for others to think and do for you, then this isn't the place for you.
