      I guess its fun to help set up and configure different departments

      Cons

      Expectations ridiculous. You end up being forced to help with 5 other departments but no one helps style.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
