      Pros

      Love working at HQ. the people are wonderful and already willing to help your goals. Great benefits and on-site Cafe options. Nice to only support 2 people instead of 10 at my last company

      Cons

      We aren't paid as high as industry, and one of the last perks of flexibility (Max 3 days on-site) may be going away soon. I will look for other opportunities if that's the case.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
