      Flexible work schedule, relatively good environment (depending on the store you're at)

      Cons

      Low bonuses, a lot of favoritism. The raises you get don't follow the inflation rate so you can't actually feel that you're making more money.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
