Fun culture for mass retail. Its better than wal-mart. Very collaborative environment. hires much better people than other mass retailers do.
Cons
reputation. when your interning at a large investment bank for free, weekend work at target can be a culture shock. customers like anywhere else may be irritating beyond all imagination.
