      Pros

      If you are a Team Leader or higher you get every other weekend off. 10% discount off everything (even video game systems!).

      Cons

      Christmas time in retail is awful ... no matter how they try to downplay it. Lack of support from upper management and training is a joke (you pretty much are handed a packet and left to do it on your own).
