Not a horrible place to work. - Guest Service Team Member - Cashier Target Employee Review

The hours are pretty flexible, as long as you don't make any crazy requests, like not working weekends. The pay is decent, for what isn't a very hard job. At least at my store, the fellow employees are nice and most are hard workers. People who don't preform, don't get hours and quit. It's really hard to get outright fired.
