      -Lack of training and cross-training -Working weekends -Inability to move up corporate ladder -The constant cutting of hours

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
