Business Outlook
Pros
They are very good place to start your career in distribution or logistics. They offer a competitive salary, decent benefits, and a good training program. The work force that you manage is educated and the culture of the buildings are great. Very easy to step in an start managing a large operation.
Cons
Very unorganized and unclear path to promotion. Very limited promotion opportunities in distribution/ logistics outside of Minneapolis. Would not recommend the group leader role to a mid-career professional.
