Business Outlook
Pros
It was like a big family including upper management. They would supply food in the break room as incentives for achieving store goals. I had great hours, and a great team to work with. If I was unable to get any hours I would be able to swap shifts with someone or pick up shifts as needed.
Cons
The ability to promote within. As a college graduate I wanted to stay with the company in a hire position, but my HR representative told me to not even bother. Also like with any job is the pay, but it is an entry level retail job so that's to be expected.
