Pros
The pay at Target seems to be one of the most competitive pays for an overnight employee doing this kind of work. Additionally, Target will give you the opportunity to move up if you demonstrate the desire to. They will allow you to cross train in order to get more hours if the need is there.
Cons
The always seem to be asking employees to stay later or go outside their roles and this causes problems when it becomes a consistent thing. Also, team member positions are not offered full-time, so it takes a while to work up to getting some hours, especially overnight.
