Target is huge on promoting from within and helping develop its team into great leaders. They offer numerous leadership based tools to help succeed in any role.
Cons
While work life balance is stressed at target, this is not always the case. Retail requires long hours at times and anyone joining retail needs to be aware of the time commitment a retail job has.
