Workload versus payroll relative to realistic expectations equals morale defeat - Executive Team Leader Target Employee Review

Now backstabbing environment. Unrealistic workload. Store manager will not say do not do workload, just say make payroll. When you are not able to complete workload due to payroll constraints you are made to feel unsuccessul. No teamwork, backstabbing and all for themselves attitude only by some of the other executives.
