      Pros

      It is very easy to get a job at Target which may be good for experience especially for younger people.

      Cons

      The management is very poor, possible due to the low level of pay. Raises are terrible, sometimes in the range of 10 cents per year if you do well.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
