      Pros

      Management is pretty cool. If you know what you are doing, they will pretty much leave you alone. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      They really don't reward their highest performing workers. Pay does not match the workloard.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
