      Pros

      The pay here is very good compared to other entry jobs and they are flexible with my hours as a college student

      Cons

      The place is very disorganized and I haven't had a consistent team leader the whole time I have worked here

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
