Pros

Same level colleagues were typically easy to get along with.

Cons

In store management was typically under educated and ill equipped to perform their position properly. Pay was not great, but what one would expect working as a retail "associate". Ever changing shift days and times were less than ideal. This last is not the corporation's fault, so much as the nature of the way people treat one another in general (at least in the United States). Working retail is unrewarding and un-fulfilling enough, but the way "guests" treat "associates" is abhorrent and makes working in that environment extremely challenging and difficult to give service with a smile.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
