      Pros

      Target was a great place for me to work while I was pursuing my acting career. I worked flexible hours which enabled me to attend auditions.

      It could at times be very tedious.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
