      Pros

      Flexible scheduling for home life and other social activities. Accomodate for time off if its asked for in a reasonable amount of time (2 weeks) and also helpful in emergencies.

      Cons

      Weekends are a necessity. At least a friday and saturday or saturday and sunday. Managers mostly only get every other weekend off.
