      Pros

      Used to have an very good focus on developing leaders to help fuel the company's growth. Culture used to be great. Senior leadership used to have high integrity

      Cons

      New leadership replaced all the people that made the company what it was. As arrogant a company as you will ever see. No longer treat team members and leadership with respect. Integrity is no longer present.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
