Mediocre raises (ranging from $0.03 to $0.45), expect lots of work, often work outside your work-center without the adjustment in hourly pay, management doesn't really listen to team members, management is two-faced, internal promotions are based off of who you know, VERY POLITICAL COMPANY according to my Store Team Leader,
