      Target cares about the well being of all employees, bonuses and gifts are given to employees who put in the extra time. All extra effort won’t go unrecognized!

      Cons

      Customers are crazy. Target is slowly becoming the next Walmart and the customers can drain you mentally.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
