      Pros

      At $15 an hour much better than minimum wage places with good coworkers. easy work just under staffed

      Cons

      Under staffed my whole time there so not much room for debatable time off.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
