      Pros

      Overall the people are great to work with and the environment is nice.

      Cons

      Target began to limit what you can do to the point where you could get into to trouble for attempting to do your job. I would have to come up with excuses to be able to do/gather the information I needed.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
