      Target company value as a whole is wonderful. One of the best employer that really acts in diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Leadership clashes sometimes so work can feel ambiguous. So certain set goals in infrastructure.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
