      Target pay fairly well and does offer some bonuses

      Cons

      No respect for work/life balance. Ridiculous responses to the "problem of the week." Panders to the cultural issue of the moment.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
