      Flexible hours, you can basically design your own schedule Coworkers are so lovely and amazing

      Team leads/management do not care about morale or employee happiness whatsoever

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
