      The people are very nice and there is a great company culture

      Cons

      there is little to no transparency of leadership decisions. No room to grow in company if you are remote employee.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
