      I have done most of the UG piping by myself in one of the Technip biggest projects. Several hundreds lines, many sumps, lift stations, cooling water tower and its pumps

      Pros

      Laid back environment, decent facility, physically easy work.

      Cons

      Lack of communication up and down the chain. Lack of processes and structure for work. No direction for progression as a technician. Very stagnant growth. Very low pay for industry standard. Extreme lack of consistency for hours and work load.
