Pros
Good health insurance and 401k match. Office is nice, most people are nice. Wfh one day a week.
Cons
Pays significantly less than market and difficult to get a decent promotion or raise. You either have too much work or not enough. Getting support is difficult unless you know how to find good people on your own.
