Pros
Employer strongly believes in its core values of innovation, quality, diversity, team building, mobility, career development. Great benefit, management recognition and involvement in nurturing potential leaders, pay is good when the oil industry flourish
Cons
Due to the current oil price crisis, employer has stated it's goal was to cut 2,000 jobs worldwide until 2017. So if anyone can't afford to work for an organization based on projects which depended upon the oil price to go up, I strongly do not recommend you to enter in this industry.
