Pros
Do your work own time own target, there is work life balance. Safety is of very high priority in the company.
Cons
Too much desire to outsource work to regions that are less expensive, at the expense of quality. Sometimes hires experienced personnel from outside with not-so-relevant skills to be seniors in the company, and then do work that the juniors can do better.
