      Pros

      Benefits are great, salary good for certain roles - not others, can be a great role in the right department with a good manager. Flexibility is dependent on your manager.

      Cons

      Maternity pay is very poor, industry at the moment is up and down and jobs are often contract for a long lead in before they become permanent which can lead to a lot of flux

      Pros

      Laid back environment, decent facility, physically easy work.

      Cons

      Lack of communication up and down the chain. Lack of processes and structure for work. No direction for progression as a technician. Very stagnant growth. Very low pay for industry standard. Extreme lack of consistency for hours and work load.
