Great Company, Horrible Management - Anonymous employee TechnipFMC Employee Review

Management is HORRIBLE! BIG egos and horrible people skills, my manager used me for his own ends and then tossed me aside when i fixed the problem. Engineers are obviously treated as "gods gift" if your part of the business segment of Technip be prepared to be there for a limited time. This company is a maching be prepared to work hard and long hours. They say 9/80 but its not true, also be prepared for HEAVY politics most of the management i saw would take out there own mothers for a promotion.
