Used to have nice colleagues... still have some left. I like the CEO as a person, but perhaps he isn't ready for this large of a role

IT has no (zero, nada, absolutely nothing) for leadership So disorganized that much of the talent has already left CIO doesn't communicate (even though he has a communication team) CIO may get to the level he needs to be at, but it's going to take a long time he should be working with someone who has done it before and knows what to do CIO & IT Leadership Team don't seem to be aligned Little to no respect or appreciation for team Too many people bored with nothing to do so their skills are getting rusty Benefits are being reduced Company senior leadership doesn't seem to be getting their act together Merger is such a mess and leadership did not take different work cultures into account Business is in a sinking market and company needs to realize this and build itself accordingly
