Every single line cook person, bakery person , prep person hot and cold has zero food safety knowledge , the manager on duty has to tell them hourly on the hour when to change gloves . They prep person cleans and sanitizes everything all equipment walls sinks with straight degreaser . The product is constantly expired . The bathrooms were not cleaned in the two plus years I worked there . Most literal thing I mean never cleaned! I did not get fired I left willingly gave my two weeks and did my scheduled time , so no I’m not bitter I was just tired of expressing my concerns for the things that were happening daily and nothing being done . No I lie they did finally get thick plastic covers for the potatoes that sit prepped right beside the trash . The potatoes use to sit there uncovered and trash would be surrounded. The boss and his wife employ 95% of her friends only in the kitchen , there is allot of favoritism that goes along with this . My husband was an employee of this company for over 7 years until recently and was never even wished a happy birthday but anyone else in that kitchen got a cake money and balloons . Now that he no longer works there I can finally speak out about everything I’ve seen while working there . They had cockroaches so badly they would run across the bake table while I would be rolling bread . It got to the point they had us calling them buttons so the customers didn’t know what we were talking about . If you plan on working here I would recommend not working in the kitchen if you have any standards because you will be completely disgusted by the actions of the line cooks there .
